The Blessing for Lighting the Candles

The blessing for lighting the candles is:

Blessed are you Lord our God, ruler of the universe, by whose commandments we are hallowed, and who has commanded us to kindle the light of Shabbat.

On Yom Tov, the above blessing concludes:

... to kindle the light [ of Shabbat and ] of Yom Tov.

and the following blessing is added:

Blessed are you Lord our God, ruler of the universe, for giving us life, for sustaining us, and for bringing us to this season.

On Yom Kippur, "Yom Tov" is replaced by "the Day of Atonement".
