
On 8th and 9th February, 1943 the local command [of the SIPO and the SD] will carry out a resettlement in the town of Sluzk (sic) of the Jews there. The command members mentioned below by name as well as approximately 110 members of the Latvian Volunteers Company shall participate in this action (Aktion). The command of this action shall be in the hands of SS Muller.On 7th February, 1943 the participants of the action shall report for departure, which is scheduled for 11.30 am, in the lower hall of the office building. Lunch to be taken at 10.30 am. SS Sturmbannfuhrer Breder shall be in charge of the motor transport column. From the Departments, the following officers, non-commissioned officers and ranks shall participate in the action:

Ghetto:
The Order Police shall be in charge of securing and guarding the ghetto.
The utilisation of the Jewish property which becomes available shall be in the hands of SS Hauptsturmfuhrer Madecker who has a commando of 2 officials [named], 2 interpreters [named] and 10 Latvians at his disposal for this task.
The rounding up of the Jews in the ghetto shall be carried out under the command of SS Sturmbannfuhrer Graaf, who will have 6 commandos at his disposal for this purpose with a strength of one official each and 8 Latvians each [the original document says 9 Letten (Latvians)]. The following non-commissioned officers have been assigned to these commandos: [named]. The transportation of the Jews to the resettlement site shall be carried out by means of 6 trucks which are accompanied by 4 Latvians each.
Resettlement site:
There are 2 pits at the resettlement site. One group each of 10 officers and men, who relieve each other every 2 hours, shall work at each pit. Times 8 to 10 am, 10 am to noon, noon to 2 pm, 2 pm to 4 pm.
The resettlement site shall be secured by SS Untersturmfuhrer Pierre and 10 Latvians.
SS Untersturmfuhrer Wiechert shall be responsible for the motor transport service during preparations in Minsk, during the transport to Sluzk and for supervision of the transports of Jews from the ghetto to the resettlement site. The above-mentioned officer shall at the same time be responsible for the supply of the ammunition. SS Mann Kraft and Rottwachtmeister Altmann shall be responsible for handing out ammunition at the resettlement site ....
